Clients participate in a combination of individual counselling sessions each week together with daily group therapy. Treatment

that can be applied after discharge.

The 30-acre campus includes a modern gym, Muay Thai boxing ring, and outdoor fitness areas. Sport and exercise are integrated into

Program Structure, Aftercare & Outcomes
Residential program lengths are typically offered in 4-, 8- and 12-week formats. Schedules combine therapy, fitness, educational groups,
community meetings, and supervised excursions into the local area.
After discharge, Siam Rehab provides a structured remote aftercare program of approximately 12 weeks, using phone, messaging, and
video-based follow-up. This aftercare focuses on relapse prevention, recovery coaching, and coordination with local support resources.
Internal outcome monitoring between 2022 and 2025 indicates high completion rates, a small proportion of early departures, and
