Here is a list of some Youth rehabs in Ontario, Canada. I am not endorsing or recommending any of them as I have not visited or reviewed the programs with the exception of looking at their websites where they have one. Also please note I do not generally write the description of the programs, descriptions are taken from the centers websites or marketing materials.
This list of youth rehab centers in Ontario information purposes only and to give you a starting point when you are looking for help with your addiction issues.

An option you might want to consider is Siam Rehab in Thailand, we are willing to treat young men and women and have a unique treatment model that works well for late teens and early 20’s. We rarely have a long waiting list and are a fraction. of the costs of most private centers in Ontario.

Portage Ontario Elora, ON Phone: (519) 846-0945 Portage has six residential substance abuse rehabilitation centres for adolescents in Canada – in Québec, New Brunswick, Ontario, and British Columbia.
Portage has helped thousands of young people to overcome substance abuse and go on to lead healthy, productive, drug-free lives.
Ray of Hope – Youth 180 Kitchener, ON Phone: (519) 743-2311 ext. 216 Residential Treatment is offered to males ages 13-17 at Ray of Hope’s residence in downtown Kitchener. Our small size allows each young man to receive individual attention from staff, while he also benefits from working on recovery with his peers.
Throughout their four-month stay, residents learn healthy self-care in all aspects of life. This is an abstinence-based program for all substances, including tobacco.
Maison Arc-En-Ciel Opasatika, ON Toll-Free: 1(800) 397-9430 La Maison Arc-en-Ciel is a French residential rehabilitation center, which welcomes young francophone men from across Ontario. We are a non-profit association, under the leadership of a Board of Directors.
They accept francophone young men, age 12 to 24, who are dealing with addiction, multiple addictions or concurrent disorders (mental health and drug addiction)
Pine River Institute Shelburne, ON Phone: (519) 925 9225 The students at Pine River are aged 13 to 19. These youth are typically experiencing a global breakdown – in school, in relationships, in physical health, in emotional development.
Most youth who attend Pine River have a history of:
- Drug and alcohol problems
- Depression and/or anxiety
- Family conflict
- Low self-esteem
- Lack of motivation
- Excessive anger, defiance
- School truancy, failure, suspension, or expulsion
- Running away
- Street involvement
- Contact with the law, and/or
- Trauma
Westover Treatment Centre – Thamesville Thamesville, ON Phone: (519) 692-5110 ext. 125 Operates a children’s program on weekends for children aged 7 to 12.
Weechi-it-te-win Training and Learning Centre Fort Frances, ON Phone: (807) 274-4571 Toll-Free: 1(866) 656-4460 The Weechi-it-te-win Ganawendaasowin Treatment Program operates ten child welfare beds that are allotted to the First Nations Communities’ services by Weechi-te-win Family Services. These beds are designed for youth between the ages twelve and seventeen. In the event that any of the child welfare beds are not used by children who occupy one of the child welfare documentation completed prior to referral, the centre also operates six treatment beds for adolescents between the ages of twelve and seventeen who have been diagnosed with alcohol and/or other substances combined with mental health issues and related behavioral, social and emotional difficulties.
Native Horizons Treatment Centre Hagersville, ON Phone: (905) 768-5144 Toll-Free: 1(877) 330-8467 The programs offered at NHTC include a six week residential treatment program for those persons with alcohol and drug related problems and a two week follow-up program that is offered for those individuals who have previously participated in any treatment program, and/or have been substance free for a period of six months or more.
CentreKa-Na-Chi-Hih Specialized Solvent Abuse Treatment Thunder Bay, ON Phone: (907) 623-5577 Ka-Na-Chi-Hih (KNCH) is a solvent abuse treatment centre situated in Thunder Bay, Ontario. It serves First Nation Youth, ages 16 to 25 from across Canada. A twelve bed long-term facility, KNCH provides holistic care through traditional as well as contemporary treatment methods.
