Siam Rehab is offering a private rehab treatment programme in Chiang Rai. We understand some people don’t want to be in a group environment or can not be for various reasons.
With this in mind, we have developed a programme for just one client at a time in your own private villa. Our world class professionals will come to you on a daily basis as well as our support staff will take care of your needs.
The programme will include everything you expect from a world class treatment facility, assistance with medical and detox, one to one counselling, excellent meals, educational sessions, excursions, physical fitness training, etc.
In fact this programme is so exclusive it can be tailored completely to your personal needs.

Siam Rehab is fortunate to be the only centre in Thailand with a qualified addiction psychiatrist as the medical director and head of treatment.
Dr. Mark has been practicing medicine for 19 years since graduating from the University of Chiang Mai’s medical school and specializing in Addiction Psychiatry at Suan Prung Psychiatric Hospital.
Regularly on site, Dr. Mark oversees all the medical needs of our clients, as well as detox as an outpatient from his clinic or in the nearby hospital when required.
With a very calm and non-formal demeanor, Dr. Mark can very quickly put a client at ease and make them feel comfortable.
Dr. Erik Fleischman is a specialist in Oncology, Infectious Diseases and Regenerative medicine for over 25 years. He is an American Physician and Surgeon who has been based in Asia for over 15 years.
He is the former Medical Director of Bumrungrad International Hospital in Thailand and also a former Senior Advisor for President Bill Clinton’s Health Initiative with work in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. He has also be a medical advisor for the US State Department, Family Health International and International SOS over the past 2 decades.
He has been practicing Regenerative Medicine since the early 1990’s and was one of Hollywood’s Doctor to the Stars, consulting in Anti-aging and Regenerative medicine for many A-list action and movie stars. Since that time
he has developed a system of Regenerative Medicine that include detoxification processes – for the liver, kidneys and blood- as well as boosting treatments for the brain and cognition. These treatments have been developed specifically for the issues and physiologies of recovering addicts and alcoholics.
He will consult with each client and review blood testing to determine an individual program that will elevate the physical and hormonal status and, most importantly, the goals of therapy for each client. With a combination of treatments that are both intravenous, oral and other available Western technologies he can provide our clients with increased energy, clarity, lowered stress and anxiety and increased stamina.
Dr. Fleischman has experience with thousands of patients over the last 3 decades and is one of the foremost authorities in Asia on cell regeneration, detoxification and Neuro/Brain protection in clients with chronic disease or addiction.

Originally from Canada, Wade has been working with addiction recovery programmes in Thailand, Spain, Canada, The Philippines and Mauritius for the past 13 years. Wade helped build the very first addiction treatment programme for Westerners in Asia in 2007.
Considered by many as the pioneer who started the rehab industry in Asia and structuring the business model to make it much more affordable, professional and effective.
Mint has worked in the operations end of addiction treatment centres for most of the past 12 years. Mint graduated with a degree in Psychology and English and then started her career in Bangkok. Having also studied and worked in Australia and Canada for more than 7 years, she understands the needs of foreigners and an international treatment setting like Siam Rehab.
At Siam Rehab, Mint is responsible for making sure the business of the company runs smoothly, from legal compliance, visa extensions, recruitment of support staff, contracts with tour and medical providers and fixing all the problems travellers have from lost luggage, adjusted flight itineraries, etc. Mint is always happy to have a chat with you on what your needs are and how she can help.
Ryan is an experienced addiction counsellor who has been in recovery and working in the field for many years. He has held a number of management positions in South African and International rehabilitation centres. Ryan has a passion for therapeutic programme development, integrating a wide range of evidence based approaches to create a holistic and individual focused treatment experience.
He has formal addiction counselling and psychotherapy training, he specialises in working with dual diagnosis clients as well as behavioural addictions. He is skilled in psycho- educational lectures, workshops, and group therapy facilitation and finds the group process the most rewarding aspect of treatment.
Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Rin had her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Management and has worked in media for three years. She continued her studies and graduated from Pepperdine University, California with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT).
Her therapy approach is concentrating on Post-Modern: Narrative Therapy as taught by Michael White, David Epson, and David Marsten whom she’s fortunate to have trained with. . She has been working with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds through a humanistic, non-pathologizing, and client-centered framework. Rin has experience with a multitude of clinical concerns, especially survivors of trauma and abusive experiences.
She hopes to combine her experiences in multicultural diversity and creativity into working with different aspects of ethnicity, religions, cultures, and values of clients with an understanding heart.
Dani has lifelong personal experience of addiction and its impact on the family system. She studied psychology at Rhodes University in South Africa and began working in the addiction field shortly after.
She has worked in both South African and International treatment centres. She has a passion for working with women in particular, with focus on trauma, abuse, and dual diagnosis. Her approach focuses on addressing adverse childhood experiences and their impact on maladaptive behaviours. She presents psycho-educational workshops on aspects such as inner child work and mindfulness, she is a skilled and insightful group therapy facilitator.
John is a former educator, as well as a certified Life Coach and NLP Coach. He has also been certified as a Professional, accredited Addiction Recovery Coach.
Over a period of 10 years, he has conducted numerous talks, seminars and workshops on the topics of addiction and recovery.
Until recently, John headed up the Professional Standards Body of Ubuntu Academy Of Coaching And Training (U-ACT), served on the board of directors of Family And Survivors Trust Of South Africa (FastSa) and served on the therapeutic teams of a number of addiction and mental health recovery centres, using the skills acquired in his training, as well as his personal journey in recovery.
Earl has been in recovery himself for more than 14 years. Earl has worked in addiction treatment centres for 12 years, initially as a support worker and after getting his counselling qualifications eventually rose to counsellor and centre manager.
When working with clients, Earl draws on his own experience as well as CBT and the Minnesota model.
Na was born and grew up in Chiang Rai. She graduated Master of Nursing Science from Chiang Mai University and worked at Chiang Rai Prachanukroh Government Hospital for 25 years taking early retirement to work with Siam Rehab as she wanted to work with people from many different cultures and backgrounds.
Na bring a wealth of experience in healthcare and nursing and always has a pleasant disposition and an easy smile.
Natti has been a registered nurse in public and private hospitals in Thailand for more than 30 years.
He has worked in private rehabilitation centres for the past 9 years and is the trainer for the Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse.
Physical Trainer, Traditional Thai Massage Therapist
Santi spent several years in Australia training and becoming certified as a fitness trainer and registered excercise professional. He has first aid training as well as physical therapy/rehabilitation training and masterclass credentials. Santi has experience and expertise in bootcamp and outdoor group motivation and training. He also has extensive training in traditional Thai medicine and Thai massage, as well as Western-style Trigger Point Therapy. For the past five years, Santi had been based in Bangkok. He has relocated with his wife to Chiang Rai to further develop the physical fitness and welness program at Siam Rehab.
Kru Noo, has studied and taught yoga for more than 10 years. She has multiple certifications from India. Kru Noo is certified in Anatomy Core Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga Asana, Pranayama Meditation and Chakara Meditation.
Team Leader - Client
Woody is a well known person at Siam Rehab, he has been with us for 3 years and is in constant direct contact with our clients.
As our lead support worker he assists with the daily client activities, advise clients on behavioural problems, daily decision-making, and the resolution of minor problems, assists clients in attending appointments when necessary and occasionally runs a Thai cooking class for the clients.
Pop graduated from Mae Fah Luang University with a BA with English as his major. He has worked at Siam for a little over a year now as a client support worker.
His role is taking care of the clients needs as well as planning and escorting clients on excursions and leading evening activities.
Executive Chef - Kitchen Manager
After graduating from Huachiew Univerisity in Bangkok, Sine went to further his studies and experience in Australia attending the Australian Culinary Academy and working in several of the finest hotels and restaurants.
Upon returning to Thailand, Sine started and operated several successful western style restaurants.
Toi has a bachelor’s degree from the local university in business but learned early in her career that she loved being in the kitchen preparing tasty and healthy food rather then behind a desk. Prior to coming to Siam Rehab she worked with several top restaurants as well as running her own catering business.
Baker & Zoomba Trainer
Namwan has several roles at Siam Rehab, as well as being our onsite baker she also does Zoomba classes and Thai classical dance. Namwan is also certified in Art Therapy.
Payment of the deposit is due upon acceptance to our programme. The deposit can easily be paid with a Bank to Bank transfer, our company has bank accounts in Australia, UK, Europe, USA, New Zealand and Thailand to make it easy for you to transfer.
Once you are accepted into the programme our admission team will send you an invoice for the fees, your programme can not be confirmed until this is paid.
