Average Weekday at Siam Rehab

A typical day at Siam Rehab (Monday to Friday) begins with a 7:00 AM wake-up call, there can be some flexibility for those undergoing detoxification.

The morning starts with a group meeting for check-ins and planning, ensuring everyone is aligned with the day's activities and sessions. Prior to breakfast, participants engage in morning exercises, yoga, or meditation, followed by the first two group sessions of the day.

Following the morning group sessions and a break, individuals have 1-on-1 counselling sessions with their designated counsellor.

After lunch, everyone attends presentations, which may include a peer member's life story or a psychoeducational lecture by one of our experts. The topics vary depending on the day of the week.

Following the last group session of the day, there are opportunities for activities such as massage therapy, Muay Thai boxing, supervised gym sessions, or meditation sessions until dinner.

Additionally, we organise visits to local coffee shops and jungle walks a couple of times each week. In the evening, there is free time, movie nights, or game nights, and individuals can also schedule supervised gym time, massages, and other wellness activities. Lights out is at 10:30 PM

Siam Rehab's Weekend Experience

On weekends, we offer a change of pace as a well-deserved break after five productive days. Saturdays feature a lighter program, while Sundays are reserved for exciting excursions and dining at tropical open-air restaurants. These outings can include waterfall hikes, hot springs visits, exploration of local Buddhist temples, mountain biking, zip-lining adventures, river boat trips, indoor bowling (in case of inclement weather), and various other options.

At Siam Rehab, our addiction treatment program is intensive and comprehensive, but it's also adaptable to each client's unique needs. While we provide a standard weekly program like the one described above, we tailor it to meet the specific requirements of our clients. We understand that therapy for eight hours a day is not sustainable, so we fill the remaining time with enjoyable and memorable activities. We believe in making the recovery journey as enjoyable and engaging as possible.
